Participation is free of charge, but a minimum of 15 participants is required for participation.
All information submitted must be accurate and complete.
Participants shall comply with the organiser’s event rules, schedules, and instructions at all times.
The organiser reserves the right to reject or cancel any participation without prior notice if necessary.
The organiser may use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing and publicity purposes.
The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or personal belongings during the event.
